We collect regulatory data worldwide and publish it on our websites (EcigIntelligence, Tobacco Intelligence, CannIntelligence). We are also official data providers for the US FDA and the EU Commission.

Our company is completely independent and has no personal interest in these industries. We are currently doing research on herbal heat sticks (non-burning, tobacco-free products) and I would like to ask a few questions:

Are these products regulated? If so, in which category (herbal products, tobacco-related products, etc.)?

Does the product need to be notified?

If not regulated, is there a plan to do so?
